Here’s what the guys from Yamaha said about the app:
Creating your dream Yamaha Sport Scooter is made quick and easy with the new My Garage App. This innovative high-end 3D real time system made its successful debut on Yamaha’s Supersport, MT and Sport Heritage ranges, and from May onwards every TMAX and X-MAX customer can build their ultimate Yamaha Sport Scooter model using their mobile or tablet.
With the My Garage App, everyone can enter Yamaha’s virtual Sport Scooter world and assemble their very own TMAX or X-MAX 400/250/125 using Genuine Yamaha accessories. This powerful new digital tool takes all the guesswork out of how different combinations of Genuine Yamaha accessories will look – because now you can watch live on screen as your unique accessorized scooter comes to life.
The high-end 3D real time build function means that you can check out how your ultimate MAX model looks from any angle, and you can even take photos and share them with friends to get feedback on what looks best.
It’s so easy to change colours, add and remove different parts, and even compare total build prices – to create your very own unique Yamaha Sport Scooter. Once done, your configuration can be send to your local Yamaha Dealer, who then can contact you with more information on availability, test rides and more.
The My Garage App for Yamaha Sport Scooters contains an updated interface for an even better user experience, and is available for iOS and Android.
