Yamaha has just announced the addition of its new X-MAX 400 to its Sport Scooter range – and it reckons the latest model runs, handles, feels and looks better than ever before.
As the most compact model in its class, the X-MAX 400 scooter is the perfect commuter, allowing you to nip through traffic in towns or cities – and its 400-cc engine gives you the power to cruise at speed too, allowing you to sit comfortably at motorway speeds and make quick and confident overtaking manoeuvres should you want to get out on the open road for a weekend getaway.

It’s undeniably a top spec machine for its class – featuring Traction Control system and a Smart Key ignition system. It’s also equipped with motorcycle style front forks for improved handling; and there’s dual 267mm front disc brakes with ABS for stopping, a parking brake and front and rear LED lights to help you be more visible out on the road.
That’s not all – the X-MAX 400 also features an impressive underseat storage area, with interior lighting, and a tool-adjustable 2-position screen and adjustable handlebars too.
In short, if you’re in the market for a refined scooter that is capable of tackling some serious miles – you could do a lot worse than checking out the new 2017 X-MAX 400.
